U Meta Market

1. Standardized issuance mechanism
1) The base pricing of the “Meta Flavor NFT" product is determined by the following elements:
①　The retail price of the “Meta Flavor" physical spirit in the Chinese mainland market;
②　The usual practice of increasing the value of saucy spirits in the mainland Chinese market year by year;
③　Overseas warehouse storage management fee for 5 years;
④　International logistics costs are calculated at standard market rates for delivery after the expiration of the sealing period.
⑤　The actual initial selling price per batch is subject to the platform's announcement.

2) One “Meta Flavor NFT" digital token corresponds to a group of “Meta Flavor" physical white spirit, a group of 2 bottles, each bottle of 1.5L, 3L for a box, will not be split up separately for sale or delivery.

3) “Meta Flavor NFT" products will be available on Opensea (or other platforms) in batches. The selling price of a new batch will be increased by 8% for each batch. First come, first served; the earlier you buy, the more value you can add.

2. Expanded mechanism （Blind Box）
In addition to the normal sales of “Meta Flavor NFT" products in the primary market, an Ether expanded incentive mechanism (blind box) has been introduced. The expansion incentives are as follows:

1) Each batch of “Meta Flavor NFT" products contains four versions, all four versions in the same batch on the shelves at the same price, but buyers reap different benefits
①　Regular Edition: First-time buyers will receive one NFT digital token + delivery voucher for one group of “Meta Flavor" physical white spirit.
②　Lucky Edition: The Lucky Edition, representing 30.0% of all products, entitles first-time buyers to one NFT digital token + delivery voucher for one group of “Meta Flavor” physical white spirit + a bonus of 0.05 Ether.
③　Special Edition: The Special Edition, representing 3.00% of all products, entitles the first-time buyer to one NFT digital token + delivery voucher for one group of “Meta Flavor" physical white spirit + a bonus of 0.3 Ether.
④　Collector's Edition: The Collector's Edition, which represents 0.50% of all products, entitles the first-time buyer to one NFT digital token + delivery voucher for one group of “Meta Flavor" physical white spirit + a bonus of 2 Ether.

2. The version that the buyer acquires is determined by the bill of lading number for digital tokens. Please reminder: The bill of lading number for digital tokens differs from the “TOKEN ID” assigned by default automatically on Open Sea.

3) The buyer can check the corresponding version information by the bill of lading number on the "Meta Flavor Wine Map", which will be displayed in batches on the Guangzhou You Mi Company website for the buyer to check.

4. Special Incentive: The NFT issuer will irregularly give appropriate amounts of Ether to buyers of the Meta Flavor NFT product in the primary market as a re-incentive based on the Ether increase.
